Looks to be an MT-LB, not a BTR-50. Nonetheless, more Orcs dead makes for a better day.
Edit: Yeah it is definitely a BTR-50. I don’t know Russian equipment as well as I had thought.

It can’t feel good to go into battle knowing that even your own APC driver isn’t particularly motivated to keep you safe. 😂
Probably the orcish driver thought: “There will be drones around, waiting to hit me. If I run over one of the orcs I just brought here, maybe the drone operators will laugh so hard that they miss and I can bail. Better make it two to be safe.”

So who else has become way to emotional numb accepting this is reality? another day another death it feels to me and for what reason? This ain’t the 1950s anymore where things were just stories, this is a birds eye view and we will remember and the internet, never forgets.
Sometimes i think they are injecting some sort of drug to be so inconsiderate of their own or friends wellbeing. It cant be real that they just drove over their own people and didnt even look down to check if they are maybe still alive.

We don’t know what the driver was thinking. However, this looks a lot like poorly trained infantry which didn’t clear their ride in combination with a driver who probably was scared like hell of drones and anti-tank weapons.
Even without enemies, operating near really heavy machinery without propper training is bound to create “accidents”. That is why a good part of military training consists of safety briefs and drills.
We have known for some time now that the Russians are not too adept at the training and safety bit.

But to be honest, you have to have situational awareness. You know a fucking APC is very near you. Get the FUCK out of the way. You know it’s assholes driving it. As a Russian grunt, you need to be paranoid.
Crazy to see actual combat footage of a BTR 50 in 2024. Infantry has to dismount via hatches on top of the APC, it’s like the light armoured version of meat wave attacks.

That’s clearly the soldier’s fault for getting run over by showing up to battle that day with his legs. Should have left those pesky bastards at HQ.
