This stuffed animal toy was brought to the United Nations “Eleventh Emergency Special Session on the Ukraine Russia conflict” by the Latvian ambassador. I’d like to buy one for my Latvian friend (if possible), but I can’t speak Latvian, so am struggling to find its name or if it can be purchased anywhere. Thank you for any help.

That monstrosity looks handmade and is probably a wolf, why the hell is it there? Doesn’t remind me of any particular character.
