  1. Looks like pine tree acorn.

You wait until it ripens, it will open up and you can eat the seeds or make pesto.

  2. Not any fruit, a pine cone. For decorative purposes and the once it dries, you can eat the pine nuts that come out, but there’s like only a small handful of them.

  3. It’s written there. Translators exist. Google exists.

  4. The price tag says it, *pinjan käpy*. Mostly used as a Christmas decoration, but you will get small amount of *pinjansiemen* (pine nut) from it too later. Either let them dry in room temperature or put them in a oven for 2-4 hrs in 100 C.

  5. These are Onix eggs. You can become a Pokemon trainer if you manage to hatch one.

  6. I’m so glad someone else was baffled by this. When I saw them in the supermarket I knew they were pine cones but I was like ‘Can you even eat these?’. I am way too old to have only just learned where pine nuts come from. As a kid, I’d collect these back home and burn them on the fire, but I’d never eaten the nuts fresh despite pine trees being *everywhere*.
