LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) – There was a time during the pandemic when malls practically turned into ghost towns, but East Texas malls have been seeing good traffic as we edge closer to Christmas Day.
In Longview, foot traffic has been brisk, with lots of shoppers coming in to fill their last-minute gift lists. Parking is challenging, as spots fill up quickly, with drivers often circling to find close parking spots.
Longview Mall Manager Kelly Overby talks about the encouraging crowds that have been turning out each day.
