Maybe if farmers actually followed the rules for livestock trading and movement then maybe this senseless cull wouldn’t be needed.

Honestly, we’ve had an answer to bTB for years in the form of CattleBCG, all the arguments against it hold no weight (can’t test for bTB after vaccination but know the vaccination is effective? Come up with a nationally issued vaccination passport scheme, it’s not fucking rocket science).
As a result, all of these culls have been senseless and unnecessary.
