  1. Imagine running and watching your comrade fly 10 feet ahead of you after hearing an explosion

  2. Another case of zigging when you should be zagging 🤦‍♂️

  3. Probably would have been smarter to fortify the entrance to that basement they were in instead of running out in the open.

But then we wouldn’t have seen how much air time Ivan got.

  4. I can’t even imagine how surreal it’d be to be running, and then you hear an explosion, followed by the ripped apart corpse of a guy you were just talking to 5 minutes ago, goes flying by you. It’s happened a few times in this war, and I’ve seen at least one video where it happened in Afghanistan. I can’t remember the exact video name, but during a special forces operation the Americans blow up a guy right before they leave and his body launches further than they were expecting from using too much C4, or something like it because one of them was almost hit by his corpse. It flew right past him. Luckily, they were in a type of ditch if I remember right so the body just missed him, but it flew an extraordinary distance which made it even more crazy that the body came so close to hitting him. If he would have been hit, I’m sure it could have killed him. I mean, it’s basically like having 150 plus pounds of weight landing on you, and from the distance and height it got, it has some momentum behind it. It’s all in night vision filmed from above and from their views so it’s quite detailed. In another video, these Russians are “assaulting” and one of the guys basically gets blown to pieces right in front of the other guy spraying him with blood and other body parts, but somehow, he didn’t appear injured, he just kind of stood there for a second, and then turned around and started walking the way they came from.
