1. Congress was held by Dems for two years under Biden and we still have trumps tax code. This is lame duck virtue signaling

10. Should have been done during Obama when there was a huge kerfuffle over insider trading. Not just members of congress either, staff and immediate family as well. Maybe this would keep some of the riff raff out.
