   A personal observation is that every concern about freedom of expression is explicitly addressed in the DDL itself, and that it doesn’t introduce any new crime, only harsher punishments if the discrimination is proved to be part of the reason the crime was committed.

   And to conclude, a personal opinion: I’m extremely ashamed of my country.

    It’s off my places to visit or spend money list if that’s the attitude. Seriously why would I bother visiting?

    Same goes for a number of other EU countries and several US states, and that’s before you start getting into places with extremely aggressive homophobic laws.

    They can vote in the senate, we can with our wallets.

    We seem to be sliding backwards.
