I have got into TH Nürnberg and they have provided a condition for my admission. Does this condition affect my visa approval as it can only be fulfilled after I join the university, also in the admission letter it’s no where mentioned that the medium of instruction will be in English. I’ve attached the ss of the admission letter, please help me if it’s a valid admission letter which will not affect my visa approval status.

I doubt this will affect your visa. They are accepting you for the masters, you just missed out on a, few classes they consider essential – don’t look at it is so much as condition, and more as an attempt to help you succeed.
The language specification will be in the “Studienordnung”.
