  1. Seems to have a slower fire rate than I remember. Is this the Italian version?

  2. He literally pulled the cameraman card to survive his stand xD

  3. Well, intended purpose for an MG3, fight back Russia/UDSSR in the east.

  4. For a brief moment I was thinking it was hell let loose the game lol!

  5. MG3 macht brumm, fällt der Ivan um.- MG3 makes a hum and the Ivan falls over.

  6. Sorry but it´s not a MG3. It´s the **Italian Beretta MG42/59.** Reduced rate of fire to 700-800 rpm (MG 3 1200).

[You can hear the difference in this Video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqluK9_8Aco)

You can make out the difference by the missing anti aircraft sight. (German supplied MG3 has it fixed in front of the ironsight. Can be removed with tools but in a war with drones?)

Next givewaway in this Video is the top of the gun receiver. In the MG42/59 it´s heavier to reduce the rate of fire. A keen eye can recognizes that the top of it looks different than the MG3 one.

Also the flash hider/ recoil enhancer looks like the original MG42 one. The MG3 received a rework with other grooves and shape.

  7. No enemy can rush into your position when that baby is firing

  8. Look at what a “once a forest” looks like now… saying that this is sad is definitely not enough! The tragedy of being part of human’s specie!

  9. Not the first time that dirt has seen that weapon. How surreal.

  10. The MG shown here is not a German MG3. This can be seen from the recoil amplifier and the missing (folding) anti-aircraft visor. In addition, the cadence of this machine gun is too low.
This is probably an Austrian MG74 or something. The replica of the Yugoslavian MG42/53 is also faster.

  11. This seems like the ideal use case for the Erdziellafette, a tripod that allows you to fire without sticking your head out of the trench.

    (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_x4SBuTDBDM)

It works with other machineguns equally well (might need an adapter of course). Not sure why we hardly see that (or a similar construction), would be easy for Ukrainian workshops to build thousands.

  12. Stupid question but what makes all the trees like that? Endlessly artillery?

  13. the basic fundamentals of the mg platform go so hard. so hard.
