Also, they are incredibly sceptical about information from their own government

I was in fucking Kampala in Uganda and there was some Irish gobshite wearing a Roscommon jersey skulling pints in a bar and shadow boxing in a packed bar saying irish were born and bred fighters and how its in our blood.
whenever i went to the bar to order a drink I made fucking sure he was not in ear shot and copped my accent. The shame. I wish that wasn’t my only story of being in an obscure place with some idiotic irish guy having all eyes on him
