1. Most likely up next the US will lift sanctions as Syria progresses with its new government towards elections.

   I hope State aggressively removes them to give Syria a real chance to rebuild and land on the right foot. So far its looking likely that Syria will be given a real shot do it

2. And that, folks, is all you need to know about the rules based order.

   Depending on the situation and current requirements, the same person can be a radical terrorist head chopper leader figure with a 10 million bounty on their heads one day, and turn into a valuable regional partner the next.
