I received a scam message a while ago claiming to be from Traficom, stating that I had a debt to settle today or I would face fines or imprisonment. I checked the link and thought, "Nice try" so I ignored it. A few days ago, I received a scam call that claimed to be from my bank, stating there was a suspicious activity that needed urgent attention. How do you all manage these scam calls and text messages?

  2. I ignore anything with a link.

    When I know I’m expecting a parcel, or know I have a bill, I’ll log on to the site or app of the business or office that seems to be trying to contact me. Typing the url myself ensures I’m not following a virus or scam link.
