As far i know sign there means No entry for vehicles but bicycles are allowed. If i want to take an entry with bike which side should i be? Right side? Because there is no space on the right side of the road. Or am i suppose to ride on the sidewalk?

The side with no car coming at you
On the right side. Keep your bike off the side walk – unless you’re walking.
You would ride between parked cars and driving cars which is on the right. This is how you always drive. Sidewalk is not for bikes.
Just ride however you want. That’s how most cyclists do it
This is oneway street, but you can ride bothways with a bike. In the pic I believe the posti truck is actually in illeagal spot. Ride right side of the road with a bike. I cycle this road daily never had much of a problem, sometimes someone parking/getting out of parking and having to do weird maneuvers. Sometimes (very rarely) I just walk the bike on the sidewalk as there is many constructions in the area which can really block the road for a moment.
Its oneway street
E: whaat, is that posti car parked on the driving lane just front of pedestratian crossing and way too close to intersection. What a moron
Under no circumstances you should ride on the sidewalk unless you are under 12 years old.
