It’s not saying it will snow on the Met Office website but hopefully that changes. Google seems to be quite accurate.

  1. I cannot tell you the volumes of excrement that tried to leave me when I skim read and thought you were talking about tomorrow. (AsI sit here three beers in having told the family we’ll skip the rush and leave town early tomorrow.)

  2. Hopefully that’s the end of it. I’m flying out on New Years Day.

  3. That will melt before it hits the ground at those temperatures. Also no one knows with any accuracy what the weather will be like in a particular location 8 days out. This is essentially guesswork by Google.

  4. The Met office generally cannot predict the weather accurately for yesterday so I wouldn’t trust it.

On the other hand, snow generally requires freezing temperature so at 4 degrees it will be some very light sleet at most.

  5. 4-7°c is too hot for cold. It’ll be rain, or sleet. Damned of a shame tbh.

  6. In London? Not showing anything like that on Windy.com.

  7. I think there will def be snow this winter but not any time soon (as in the not immediately melting kind) Based on weather reports ofc.

  8. It’s true that it will snow. It’s also true that the snow will melt long before it reaches the ground.

  9. Was just looking at the GFS, and it doesn’t even show it as a possibility. Don’t know what chart Google is using, but that’s not going to happen.

  10. The temperatures are late spring temperatures. No snow, no white Christmas.
