Looks like my EU4 map when I want to stop the Castillans from colonising (though Portugal still existing is weird).
The Catalonians in the Atlantic wouldn’t work, they would feel sick.
On the other hand, a land bridge between Portugal and Gibraltar would be much appreciated.
Why not remove the green x and moved the center to form a cross?
