  1. I generally think that the IRI’s government is stable- I do not subscribe to theories of an impending revolution over failures abroad, etc- but this is one of the few things that could cause a revolution if the government isn’t real quick with the fixes.

Failure abroad and freezing at home would bring down many countries.

  2. This would be a last straw that broke the camel’s shoulder. IRI will fall. A democratic and free Iran will emerged.
(Hopefully, the carpet price is not soaring high because of energy crisis in Iranian industry, lol).

  3. Pezeshkian really did inherit a dumpster fire.

I just wonder where Iran can go from here. No way they let the people who can afford it start leaving with their bank accounts and education and leave the country to just the hardliners, but nor will those hardliners ever let the mask slip if it means admitting to their own failures.

I hate the western imperialists and their puppets as much as the next guy, but Iran has spent the last 50 years pissing off anyone and everyone; Russia’s got too many problems so their options are what, China? Maybe the EU in exchange for no longer supplying drones and other support to Russia? There’s no way this gets fixed without outside help, imo it’s just a case of who breaks first: Iranian people toward another revolution, or the government toward a hardline option.
