There is no justification for the passport scheme but does no one see the hypocrisy here?
Malta makes a couple of million from this.. probably not even 1 billion.. meanwhile countries are buying Russian gas providing the Russian economy with billions of dollars, and this is a priority for the EU?
Why? Why not just do it for people with dual citizenship? What problem does this solve, other than popular signaling from EP?
