It’s quite telling that the president elect has to assert that he in fact is going to be the President.
He is only deporting the Chinese illegal immigrants unless the Government of China pays him off with the funds Musk pays them. So it’s a perfect triangle. Musk pays China, China pays Trump, Trump pockets cash, and blames Hillary Clinton somehow.
But we can ignore the Constitution to try and stay in office, serve 3 terms, violate election laws… Why not just name him president and call it an “official act”?

There is a legitimate reason that Musk could and probably should be denaturalized and deported either now or during the next administration.
Musk entered the country on a student visa which expired in 1995 when he no longer attended college. In 1996, he was given 45 days to sort out his immigration status by investors in his first company, Zip2, or they would pull the funding.
To apply for a work visa, Musk was required to leave the country and apply, which he didn’t do. Instead they attempted to hide that he was living and working in the United States illegally and applied for a visa through the visa lottery system.
And because the work visa was obtained through false pretenses and he lied to immigration officials, he is a prime candidate for denaturalization.
