Hi, in my building we are using central heating. When I open the heater in level 2-3 or maximum from the radiator, I hear water noises coming from the metal pipes or inside the radiator. Like this: https://youtu.be/OZaNxvviBy8
What could be the reason for that? Is this a thing for central heating systems

Air in the system. You need to bleed it with the valve on the top left( in your picture) . Usually you need a special key to turn it . You open it a bit and let the air out till it drips water then tighten.
You gotta ope the valve in the side to let air escape. Some water may come with it so take a cup and hold it under there
Thank you very mich everyone!
Because air is trapped in the radiator, it is likely not heating up properly too.
