Which one is valid now ? When I download the PDF on the DB website, only the original itenarary is mentioned .

   Not your doing, so I apologise for the rude comment.

   If you picked the alternative due to a change/cancellation of the original one, then you can take ANY train going that route, you are not tied to the original NOR the alternative one.

2. Yep, the PDF only shows the original itinerary. Any updates to it can be seen in the app.

3. The pdf will not be updated.
