Germany is so progressive that even the leader of their far-right party is married to a Sri-Lankan woman. Sweden is trembling rn.

  1. I still think they’ll just ~~execute~~ extradite her the moment they get elected into power, but we’ll see.

  2. Is it more progressive than the Dutch though with Indonesian Geert?

  3. To be fair if I was gay I would also be more militant about keeping sharia nutjobs as far away as possible.

  4. She clarified that she is not queer. She just happens to be married to a woman. She loves Germany, but pays her taxes in Switzerland. She fights for the everyday people like most former Goldman Sachs employees!

  5. We voted in a closeted gay man, who voted no to gay marriage with Indian parents. 3d chess move, confused gingers to no end.

  6. Let me tell you something as a gay man: being gay or lesbian doesn’t make you a left wing voter or a extreme left activist (like Queers for Palestine). A lot of us are for free market, less government, tough rules on immigration (especially from arab countries), and so on. Also, the “trans rights” debate has been divisive even in our “community”. This woman’s party is clearly too extreme on the opposite side but don’t be surprised to find many of us in right wing parties. I mean, in countries like ours, of course.

  7. Sahra Wagenknecht is way hotter, god i wish i had a DDR girlfriend

  8. I’m not sure how many Sri Lankan women are terrorizing the streets of Germany

  9. Seriously, can we stop acting like right-wing means anti-immigrant? If anything, poiting out all these cases of rightwingers and/or their spouses being immigrants only seems to highlight that, guess what, right wing isn’t anti immigrant per se. This type of immigrant shaming serves to boost the rightwing ratings. If that’s what you want, go ahead. If not, well then don’t.

  10. Imagine if she gets in power and comes out like: “surprise surprise, i just did it to gain power, i am actually a leftwing green”

    lol

    A Nazigoldenjoyer can dream.

  11. That is the first time I see her actually not frowning. On every fucking (political) picture I know of her, she looks to be in a bad mood. Even when she is smiling after an election win, she seems to be smiling disapprovingly. Like when you smell a really disgusting fart while being happy.

But here, she is just content and calm. I think she really loves this Kulturfremdkörper of a woman.

  12. We Europeans forget politics isn’t just a two way spectrum. It’s a lot more complicated than left and right wings tbh. For example one can be against immigration but for LGBTQ rights, vice versa. One can be for religious but anti immigration. Or anti islam and for immigration. It goes on and on…

We really need to stop thinking of politics in a linear spectrum. It’s destroying politics and society.

  13. What typa timeline are we in? Our far-right leaders are white 40 year old men with 8 kids

  14. this is going to go down badly, but here we go anyway:

Q.: What do you call a Sri-Lankan lesbian?
    A.: Mingitah

  15. Why can’t the rest of us be as progressive as Germany’s far-right?

  16. Even better. The conservative nationalist fighting for Germany and traditional values lives in Switzerland together with a Sri Lankan woman with whom she raises two boys.

Rules for thee but not for me shit

  17. Kinda makes sense. Muslims can get pretty aggressively anti-gay.

  18. Neat. We have a right-wing politician (currently a member of EU parlament) who has been convicted of ethnic agitation and racist remarks three times. He has been in a relationship with a black man for years.

  19. why can’t germans be normal? Either they are genociding the whole ethnicities or they are so far up their progressive ass, they no longer can smell the shit.

  20. That’s nothing, we have gay priests since forever.

  21. Yes, we’re so progressive, our bigots are closeted.

  22. For being a lesbian she loves to suck up to Putin way too much. I would vote for bi.

  23. Why did you mention that he is from Sri Lanka, otherwise I would think that he is the typical Turkish-German couple

  24. The only thing in life that seems to be immune to discrimination is horniness.

You get racists with secret minority lovers, homophobic people who secretly watch gay/trans porn, people voting to deport immigrants while married to illegal immigrants… etc.

  25. Shit is more golden than Nazi gold, it’s as if an uninhibited xenophobe married a Savage by mistake and was chill about it

But I guess she’ll get more votes from confused gay and Indians that way, huh
