Liverpool. My Serbian friends posed this exact question when they were trying to defend their eastern colleagues. I didn’t hesitate with Liverpool. Id also chuck in Luton and East Anglia. Never been don’t care. South Wales maybe. Isle of man also, don’t care.

But seriously if they started bombing Mississippi i would be alright giving it up for peace. Thats 125k sqkm of realestate. Or roughly the size of England. Have at it russia if the gators dont kill you the malaria, ultranationalist evangelical christians or food standards from the 1920’s will… in fact it sounds like it will be just like back home but hotter and humid.
