Got this surprise from SWICA today as a Christmas gift—apparently their shiny new post-COVID healthcare initiative. Has anyone unwrapped and tested this thing yet?

Lets see how my parents react when showing it to them tonight… lol

  1. No, so far, SWICA wanted 99 CHF for this, so I don‘t own one.

  2. The key question is what do they do with all the data they collect ? And is it securely stored ?

  3. I just send emails to pediatrician’s office. So far works as charm. May be a photo or a detailed description, then they either create an appointment or send a prescription to an apotheke. 5+ years ago it was free, but I mentioned to the doctor it is mot fair, now they charge 3-5-ish CHF for this communication.

  4. I got it for free but I always go to the doctor. It’s now my toddlers favourite play toy

  5. Remember, if a product or service is free, YOU are the product.
