BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – A beloved Bangor business owner Skip Rist passed away on Sunday.
Rist was a lifelong resident of Bangor and a well-known for being at his family business The Coffee Pot on State Street for 59 years.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul the apostle parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, York Street, Bangor.
The funeral mass will be livestreamed from the parish website.
Reception and burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor, will be immediately afterward. in lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Maine right to life
Rist was 87.
