Fuel in my local station never went up, I still only paid €20 for the usual €20 of petrol I put in to the tank ………
I just filled up at 1.97 in Cork
At least the country is getting richer with all the tax they are collecting on fuel. It should be a giveaway budget this year.
It’s 196.7 in North Dublin
Yesterday 1.99 somewhere is Mayo
In the near future, the fuel in your car will be worth more than your car. : )
I got heating oil 2 months ago and it was €300 for 300 litres. I checked the same supplier last Tuesday and it was €390 for 300 litres, just checked now and its now €490 for 300 litres. So I think suppliers might be taking the piss a bit too. I mean did they raise the price on their existing supply or did they just get in a new shipment that they paid more for.
They’re definitely taking the piss, my local went from 161.9 a week ago to 185.9 yesterday to 196.9 today. They definitely haven’t filled up the tanks.
