Lara feat. LSQ have withdrawn from Dora 2025 the Croatian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel.
HRT has announced that Lara feat. LSQ have withdrawn from competing in Dora 2025 with their song “Mama”. As per the rules of the competition the first reserve artist will now take their place in the competition. This means that Swingers with “FUL KUL (Full cool)” will now be competing to represent Croatia in Switzerland next May.
The twenty-four competing entries are:

Two former Croatian Eurovision representatives feature in this lineup. Magazin represented Croatia in 1995, while Marko Škugor represented Croatia in 2013 as part of Klapa s mora.
A further four reserve entries were also chosen in case any entry has to be withdrawn. The remaining three reserve entries are:

llyricum – “TANANAI” (MOTHER)
The final of Dora 2025 will be held on March 2 in Opatija, the competition will also feature a two Semi-Finals held in February.
Baby Lasagna represented Croatia at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with “Rim Tim Tagi Dim”. The song was the televote winner in the Grand Final, scoring a total of 337 points. Overall Croatia finished 2nd with a total of 547 points.

Croatia debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1993. They were one of three countries to debut in the contest that year. Croatia’s best result came in 2024 when Baby Lasgana finished 2nd in Malmö. He performed the song “Rim Tim Tagi Dim” which scored a total of 547 points, including 12 points from the juries in Cyprus and Serbia, and 9 sets of 12 points from the public vote. Croatia returned to the contest in 2016 having withdrawn after the 2013 contest due to a string of poor results and financial difficulties.
