Did anyone else go? I had a wonderful time, met so many lovely people and everyone in my section helped each other out.
An older couple next to me had been coming 30 years, so told me all about how it worked and what it used to be like. I came away with an assorted bag of giant birds, and new things to try cooking.
Didn't take too many photos or videos but was right near the middle.
The teamwork was great, special shout out to the very tall chap who was just there to record, so let me go in front of him, and the sweet little girl who was happy to wave our cash to get the auctioneers attention (and her lovely Mum who didn't mind). I hope you get your sausages little lady!

It’s a meat auction? Do you like… bid for a piece of meat? Fascinating that stuff like this still happens.
