Anyone else wide awake right now?

Did my last bits of Christmas shopping today, went for a few pints with friends at the local, came home and ordered a pizza, poured a drink then carried on my Gavin & Stacey marathon. Anyone else still cracking on?

  3. Sleeping pattern is a mess so yeah I’m up just gotta try not fall asleep with my face in a plate of gravy tomorrow

  4. 14 month old with a cough and gunky eyes woke us up half an hour ago… now trying to get him back to sleep 🥴

  5. Just back from a month in New Zealand, jet lag and plane flu are keeping me awake. We decided not to do Christmas so no last minute presents to wrap, just a day of good food and dozing ahead.

  6. Yep, up and at ‘em. Well, up and gaming until everyone else gets up.

  8. I’ve caught whatever virus my toddler and husband have. Now coughing and can’t sleep.

  10. Finally! A club I can join. 

    I don’t celebrate Christmas really, so I am instead simply awake because insomnia sucks.

    Nonetheless, have a good one, and pls pet the cat for me.

  11. My cat woke me up at 0330.. apparently he had ate all his food and decided that more was needed..

  12. Im just making my way to bed having cleaned and tidied, had my wind down, now to hope the kiddo sleeps till 8, not the planned 6. It’s a long shot but its fiiiine.

  14. My cat is sitting on my full bladder so guess I’ll be up soon to heed him and visit the toilet

  15. Got a cold/flu. Woke up at 5am, wide awake. Hoping the meds let me sleep again soon.

  16. Woke up early to do a pregnancy test to surprise my husband (we want another one). Turns out the sick feeling I’ve had each morning recently is just feeling sick with anxiety about hosting Christmas for the first time. On the plus side I will be having my champagne with zero guilt today!

  18. Just woken up to take my antivirals after being hospitalised with meningitis on Friday, can’t get back to sleep, so sofa and Reddit it is!

  19. Yep, in A&E with my partener after driving through fun-windy-roads. Suspected appendicitis. Thankfully it’s quiet
