Ukrainians arriving in Luxembourg are being given parking tickets

1. I am a little confused though why they didn’t open a gate to let those people drive inside to avoid exactly that? I would say this is really bad organisation on the entity running the show over there.

   I don’t know if you are in contact with these people but I would get in contact with the police and just explain the situation. They aren’t just some grim people who love screwing over people. At the end of the day these cars were not parked according to law and they just enforce them. I do argue though that they did have some discretion to just ignore them….

3. Any car not paying their parking fees will get ticketed, the same rules should apply for everyone. I dont see the problem ?
