1. Better late then never but that took Moscow an awfully long time to admit that there was a massive oil spill in the Black Sea

2. Does this mean that they aren’t going to depend on “volunteers” to do the clean-up?

3. Wind and solar power never do that

4. They will advertise for cleanup crews and divert them to Ukraine and never clean it.
