5. Everything about that is wrong. Downvote me all you want, but It’s not right that someone can make an accusation about something that allegedly happened decades ago, with zero evidence, and are allowed to break the 6th amendment. Sounds like a gold digging whore to me, who deserves 20 years in federal prison as a message. This is a classic sexist situation where the guy is automatically guilty. If the gender roles were reversed, this wouldn’t make the news or even get this far in the justice system. This is another “guys can’t get raped” one sided bullshit topic.

   Now, before you downvote me… yes, I’m a hypocrite because I think the alleged victim is probably legit, but that’s just because I know that I’m a bias person, and thankfully the law and courts are SUPPOSED to protect against people like me having opinions without information. 8. This is bizarre. One of the central tenets of the judicial process is the right to face your accuser. How can a person effectively defend themselves without knowing who is accusing them?
