Yesterday we rented a scooter from Okmobilty in Atocha , and we directly went to eat and drink something in Mercado Anton Martin , we parked the scooter and closed everything , we got back and we found that they opened the top case and stole the helmet and left us a small part of it next to the scooter.
We went back to Okmobility to inform about what happend , they made us pay 75euro to get another helmet and to continue our renting period (which is 2 days for 28euros) and It's not only that , in the contract it says that if you lose a helmet you pay 50euros , we tried to call the customer service and sent a reclamation but no response yet.

Im sorry, go and settle your denouce at the Police Station, wont help at all but you can use these papers in orther to fill up your assurance company claim to recover some of the loss
