Horrific video. And I just here drinking coffee worrying about coming social events I’m not looking forward to, feeling sorry for myself and what I’m about to have to endure.
Everyone acting like they’re hard because this doesn’t bother them, it’s not the brag you think it is.

Bro his dick has been blown off, if there was ever a reason to shoot your self…. This is it.
Horrendous as this looks, with good battlefield care (like immediate first aid and evacuation to definitive care within an hour) this might actually have been survivable. As it is, the poor guy would probably have been better off cuddling a grenade. War is hell, and ultimately no one wins. It’s easy to spout the jingoistic “orc shouldn’t have been there in the first place” type lines, but ultimately if you have no empathy on a basic human level for someone who no doubt thought they were doing the right thing and ended up dying alone, in the most horrifying way, then you probably need to re evaluate your perspective on life! Suffering is still suffering.
