  10. Any chance of preventing him from reentering office was before the election. This does not even qualify as a bad joke. He has the votes and there is no stopping him. His inauguration is a foregone conclusion with great deal of fanfare including some January 6 convicted doing time who will be attending the ceremony and have been authorized to attend by the court. He will certainly have some words to say about it including sweeping pardons.

  17. Honestly, I am not a Trump supporter. But if this argument is being made on such an obvious event 2 minutes before midnight, it’s kinda bullshit. If Trump were to be blocked from the presidency because of January 6, it should have happened much sooner. Now here we are, after an election, an election where voters have already picked a choice that was given to them. Regardless of the legitimacy of Trump being able to take office because of Jan 6, that ship has long sailed. The system has failed to enforce that restriction. Blocking Trump now would divide the country even further.
