  1. Chump has been taking everything he can from everyone he can his whole life and you made him president. Now you expect him to change his stripes. Good luck with that.

  2. They supported the wrong candidate if their own financial wellbeing is/was more important than their hate for LGBTQ and immigrants.

  3. This reminds me of a song and it has to do with leopards 🧐

  4. What a fucking circus. No 3rd party option thats not enslaved to the zionists, the prison industrial complex, the warmachine and Wallstreet had lead us to the inevitable. Bald faced oligarchy.

  5. Not to be weird but. How is this economy related? I unsubscribed from r/politics for a break from all the political stuff.

I mean, politics and economy are intertwined but articles about people begging him not to cut benefits seems a stretch right now and theoretical.

  6. He just needs to cut them
For non citizens and those who became citizens and are still getting them! Most Americans have had them cut under Biden while non citizens are getting amounts people don’t believe. Even gov info shows 59% of government aid goes to non citizens.

  7. “What’s that? Hire foreign workers on visas for high paying jobs? That’s a great idea. We’ll get right on that.”

  8. Sounds like these people are needing programs to help them out in life. Hopefully they vote for their own interests.

  9. Remember when he said that he “doesn’t care about YOU, only your vote”? That was one of the many warnings not to vote for someone like Don the Con, but you thought it was some kind of joke.

  10. Trump ” I love stupid people, they’re beautiful”

  11. Not related. The last time I heard about this pure american phrase “please take care of me” from a hotel staff I was confused for 1 whole minute. Then I figured it out when he repeated twice with no explanation.

  12. Trump’s general messages as a populist, I love you, but business is business and puts a gun to your head and pulls the trigger. Like in the movie New Jack City. He has no moral compass, it blows with the wind, and it also follows the path of least resistance where Capital moves. He has in many times made statements to where can you blame me that I file my taxes like every other rich guy? And then you hear from people like Mark Cuban saying he likes to pay his taxes because he knows what it provides for government run programs. And various other rich people who got there through Shear luck or hard work. They have a sense of moral obligation to bring up less fortunate people. When you grow up with a silver spoon in your mouth, you never see the reality of how people are unfortunate, you think you’re just better!

  13. “Please don’t cut the things that help the most vulnerable…”

Ummm, that’s their platform. They made pretty clear the only federal expenditures they won’t cut are military. They want to cut $2 trillion of everything else. They want to cut the “welfare” part of federal spending. They don’t think the government is supposed to take care of the people. That’s “socialism.” They want to cut $2 trillion from the budget and social spending is the first thing they’ll go for.

America can kiss goodbye any help they think the government might provide for them if Musk and Trump get what they want.

  14. Billions was spent to spread the word…they must’ve missed it

  15. You broke it means you bought it. Isn’t it ironic, now, how Vivek and Musk are effectively acknowledging how dumb Americans are and it’s the low education voters that got us here? Idiots.

  16. Then maybe they shouldn’t have voted against their own self interests, but rather in the favor for corporate monopolies.

  17. lol their benefits are first on the chopping block, you get what you voted for, no sympathy
