ALLIANCE, Ohio (WOIO) – A 58-year-old woman was arrested Saturday for stealing over $2,000 worth of power tools from Family Farm and Home in Alliance.

According to the post on Facebook, Tracy L. Shaffer, 58, of Canton was arrested and charged with felony theft.
Police said she confessed to the crime when she was arrested.
According to Alliance police, she pushed the tools out the storeroom door at Family Farm and Home on Dec. 8.
The store, which sells a mix of products for the home, farm, and garden, is located in the 1300 block of E. State St.
