In the decisive mixed doubles match, the Greek duo pulled off a comeback to defeat Sergio Martos Gornes and Yvonne Cavalle-Reimers 4-6, 6-3, 10-6.
Tsitsipas and Sakkari lost the first set 6-4 but improved in the second set, winning 6-3. In the super tie-break, the Greek pair gained an early lead and held onto it until securing victory.
This result allows the Greek team to contend for the top spot in Group 3 and a quarterfinals qualification against Kazakhstan on Monday.
Earlier, Tsitsipas had defeated Pablo Carreno Busta, while Sakkari lost her match against Jessica Bouzas.
