Interesting fact: while Sněžka is the highest mountain in Czechia (1603m), it is not the highest *point*. Praděd, the country’s fourth highest point (1491m) has a transmitter tower (162m). That means the highest point is 32 metres higher than the roof of the observatory on Sněžka (which is on the Polish side anyway)
