2. Arguably, it’s two years late. The power company wanted to shutter the plant in 2022, but the grid operator identified infrastructure limitations and required the power company to continue operations until the infrastructure was improved. They were able to do the improvements in two years instead of four.

   The plant barely operated the last three years (about 3% to 10% of the year).
