Pro: Remove just the track of the wallpaper, place a new one, paint the room.
Practical: When painting, use enough paint on it so that the hole isn‘t visible anymore.
You can use [Raufaser Reparatur](https://amzn.eu/d/dJJK16v) and paint over after it dried completely.
It’s hard to see from the photo, but that looks like two layers of wallpaper, with a thick coat of paint on it, and one layer of wallpaper torn out.
If you still have some leftover wallpaper somewhere: Carefully, very carefully extend the hole to make some better shape like a circle or oval. A sharp knife helps. Get a scrap of wallpaper of the right size, paste in with plenty of wallpaper glue, let dry. Paint over with same color as the rest of the wall. Normally that blends well enough you won’t see the repair.
There’s a stuff called Rauhfaserreparaturspachtel. You can get it on hardware stores. It’s a paste that you can spread into the hole and it looks like the wallpaper.
they are repair paint tubes for slight touchups. that might be enough.
