The aviation industry is a dinosaur, there are already similar traffic control technologies in testing and evaluation for trains, you know the things that cannot leave their rails, yet only now this system is entering production for huge fuel-burning behemoths flying busy narrow paths all over the globe.
Does anyone know how much fuel this is supposed to save?
