It was my first concussion and, over the course of a few months, I had some consequent bonks that made recovery slower than desired. All better now, I think!
Something unsettling about the concussion was my mind felt more relaxed in the days immediately following. It sort of felt like a drug I should stay away from.
edit: something I should have made clearer is that “Duration” in the plot is my average workout duration during this period of time.

Cool idea, but if you are going to use semantic colors, I would suggest making the color correlate to which direction is good (i.e., positive is good or negative is good) and not making it based on the percentage being positive or negative. A 344% increase in headaches should not look like a good thing lol.
