  1. It’s solid. I’m not sure about those low fatty part, as far as I know, the problem was always sugar, not nearly as much fatty food.

  2. Looks reasonable to me but why low-fat dairy products? Because fat makes you fat? I thought that was a bit outdated ….

  3. You shouldn’t eat low fat products. They aren’t as filling.

  4. It’s the holidays, I have been eating sugary crap all week. I don’t need to see healthy food in my timeline/s

  5. Oh that is nice. But what is vegetable oil? All I see at stores are olive oil, rapeseed and sunflower oils.

  6. Based on dietary *and* climate considerations, ie. not strictly what’s best for your body.

  7. Smørrebrød and Stegt flæsk are my favorite. When I first placed my foot on this soil, not knowing this will soon be my home I was in love with these dishes. Couldn’t thank Danes more for such yummy dishes. There are others too but these are my personal favorite. So much so that I can modify the guidelines in my head to accommodate them.

  8. I’ll do all of this no worries, but I will never switch to whole grain pasta, there has to be a little joy left in life!

  9. This is nothing new. Nutrition associations have advocated this for decades, but people are not listening.

  10. But the fitness influencers on youtube told me to eat less vegetables and more meat.

  11. All this really needs to say is ‘DON’T EAT TOO MUCH!’

  12. Nah I would go for Chicken over fish. Too much mercury in fish these days.

  13. Now if only these guidelines were reflected in our food prices.

  14. For a second there, I thought I was in the Eurovision sub and that this was a graphic to represent [that Latvia song “Eat your salad”](https://youtu.be/TM0_0WfuxSk) lol

    >Instead of meat, I eat veggies and-

  15. I think 150+ years of grain propaganda in the dietary pyramid will be hard to undo for any country.

  16. This advice is absolute garbage.

    Sincerely, Novo Nordisk shareholders.

  17. Always do a double take when non English countries use English in their official documents/public information

  18. Kind of funny that at the same time the Danish economy is based on pork and ozempic.

  19. Vegetables oils lead to heart disease. Animal products better.

  20. They had an amazing music video about it. Some students made it for a project and Minister of food brought it (or something like that)

Not sure if you can get English translation. But the song is a real banger.

  21. I already do all of this. With the exception of sweets, and fish. Sweets are like cocaine to me. And I find fish disgusting.

  22. So eat less meat and more useless carbs what a shit chart

  23. Meat is not your enemy people and vegetable oils are cancer look it up
