Dating apps accused of ignoring sexual assault

    … Why? Report it to the police. What the fuck is she expecting the dating app to do? They should be fully cooperative with the police, hand over public information of the accused person and comply with any warrants or court orders.

    But what exactly did she expect them to do? Maybe they’d delete his profile, but I doubt it based purely on an accusation. This is a police matter and frankly nothing to do with the dating site. What was she expecting, exactly?

  2. Not sure how the app is supposed to really help with this kind of situation, the police should be where you report this too, but again the police haven’t got the best repuation for this sort of thing.
