  8. Btw, doesn’t this (very accurate and accurate drawn out) map actually means that in total the dutch aren’t actually using per capita all that much? I mean if the map is per capita usage of the per capita word, that means that if 50 person out of the 100 soon to be drown dutch people alive using would make a for a dark color, while in reality only 49 people actually use the word per capita (not per capita)

    The 50th person fleed to italy to eat some good food, btw

  11. You forget San Marino, or one of their fellow micronations, if one of them said by capita, then the become the first users per capita
