Ukrainian soldier Maloy of the 47th Brigade, gets wounded by a Russian FPV. Ukrainians then deliver him water, medicine, and a note via FPV: “Hold on until evening, brother. We’ll pick you up in the evening.”. He is then rescued and EVAC’d in a Ukrainian Bradley. (date 2024 / location unknown)

Really crazy footage. Even with the heavy EW suppression, the Ukrainians still got the FPV with supplies to him. the Bradley sending suppression down with the Bushmaster during the rescue looks insane.
The Bradley was unfortunately hit on the way back by Russian FPV’s killing the commander. RIP Kononeko Volodymyr of the Bradley IFV, 3rd Mechanized Battalion, 47th Mechanical Brigade “Mahura”.

Героям слава!
This is such a huge contrast to the Russian “just shoot your injured comrade”-approach.
It’s great to see a more humane side of the 47th, because so far all I’ve seen is that these guys are killing machines. RIP to the heroes giving their lives to save their fellow soldiers.
RIP Bradley Commander. Fucking insane story.
Did not have “heartwarming” on my r/combatfootage bingo card for today
Rip Bradley commander
RIP the fallen
Volodymyr Kononenko, RIP you absolute Chad.

Drone dropped supplies… Yet another thing arma 3 predicted a decade in advance
Made me cry honestly, battlefield rescue stories always get me. He’s so young.
RIP Kononenko Vlodymyr

Russian: what do you mean ifv can also take soldiers out of the combat zone?
All these young men on both sides.. They shouldn’t be fighting, they should be working/studying and enjoy life. Fuck war and fuck everyone on this world who is in charge. All these people should be send to the frontline!
If Ukraine manages to come out of this conflict with some kind of positive result, they’re gonna be building Bradley monuments in every town and city – the vehicle has saved so, so many young Ukrainian lives at this point
