    Tool used: Google sheets 

    The result was an average ~3.1 portions a day with some obvious patterns forming that I could definitely work on, like lower numbers at the weekends or long streaks of zero when I’ve convinced myself it’s ok to ease up because I’m on holiday/celebrating/etc.

    For 2025, I am aiming to hit 4 portions a day and will also be tracking junk food consumption to (hopefully) reduce how much of that I eat.

  5. Something very funny about the fact that it took you over a week to actually have some fruit.

  6. I am so happy i naturally like to eat apples, pears, bananas, persimmon etc. Just love to snack some over the day.

  7. 3, 1, and 0 all kinda look the same. I would suggest changing your colors to differentiate better
