During our referendum in 2014, the hardcore unionist cabal pulled all the stops to get us to remain locked into their political union. They flew down all the Westminster leaders from London and even woke up Gordon Brown to lecture us on being good little Scots.
One thing they ALL told us was that we should “lead the UK, not leave the UK”. So this is us, Scotland, leading the UK on the right course of action for global peace.
Unfortunately, we all know that the Westminster parties will ignore Scotland. Even if our democratically elected Parliament voted to stop arms sales, the Labour party of England will use a section 30 order to block our votes and the England-dominated Supreme Court will vote in favour of Westminster power.
All while people die in Gaza.
Imagine basing strategic foreign policy decisions on polls of the general public.

All you ever seem to do here is post pretty much any story they have which attacks parties other than the SNP and Greens. It’s a bit weird.
Unfortunately fear of being called racist has a greater effect on Labour politicians than making the correct ethical choice.
Ironically Zionism is a racist endeavour however the bulk of the British public simply don’t like Muslims and are happy to see them murdered.

The National often seem to forget that Scotland only makes up 7.9% of the UK population. They often seem perplexed and incensed at the idea that Scotland “only” gets 7.9% of the say.

If Islam finally wins and destroys Israel, the survival of the West will be in play with Russia and others supporting the Iran regime. Whilst your fellow-feeling for the plight of others is understandable, you should remember that Hamas, Hezbollah and the Iranian government are hugely practiced at the manipulation of the news, experts at propaganda and lie with impunity. The desire for the defeat of the only democracy in the Middle East, a country whose population has been at risk since its inception and its population globally for two millennia before that, must be resisted.
I could be wrong but I thought international relations/ defence etc weren’t devolved matters ergo fk all to do with the SNP, who have plenty other challenges on their priority list.
