Mum of Princess Beatrice’s stepson, ‘Wolfie‘, has shared a glimpse of her lavish holiday break as she lands in Miami, Florida for New Year’s Eve.
The ex-partner of Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who now lives in London, posted a picture of the airport with the simple caption: “Hello #miami”.
Dara also shared videos shortly after landing showcasing palm trees and a pool from a home in Florida. A few hours later, the American architect can be seen dressed up in a glitzy black ensemble, ready for an evening out.
Princess Beatrice, who is expecting her second child, chose to remain in the UK, following doctors’ orders against travelling abroad – but she had originally planned to spend Christmas in Italy with her husband and his family.
The princess, 36, who is in the final months of her second pregnancy, instead joined King Charles and other senior royals at Sandringham in Norfolk.
Princess Beatrice, Edoardo, and Christopher Woolf Mapelli Mozzi took part in the annual walk after church service at St Mary Magdalene Church back to Sandringham House on Christmas Day with the Princess stopping to speak with well-wishers en route.
The 36-year-old royal looked glowing as she wore a tan coat over a black dress paired with black knee-high boots for the festive occasion. Edoardo embraced the seasonal spirit, sporting a forest green tie for the church service. Meanwhile, Wolfie looked smart in a grey jacket with navy trousers.
It is thought Beatrice’s daughter, Sienna, was also in Norfolk, but too young to join the family at the church service. Arrangements this year meant a split in the York family’s celebrations this year, with members marking the occasion at separate locations.
Wolfie made his first appearance at a royal engagement last December at the ‘Together At Christmas’ carol service at Westminster Abbey alongside Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Taiwanese-American Dara Huang has carved out a name for herself in architecture, opening her own firm and co-founding another after working under some of the biggest names in Europe.
She had an illustrious career designing for several high-profile projects, including Manolo Blahnik stores worldwide, Harrods, Cartier, and the Four Seasons Hotels.
The glam architect is Harvard-educated and grew up in Florida and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Her son, Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Mapelli Mozzi was born on 28 March 2016 but Dara and Edo separated around two years later, in 2018.
Dara was previously in a relationship with the now husband of Princess Beatrice, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
